The Relocation Department offers a broad range of relocation options tailored to fit the needs of the corporate client and their transferees. A powerful network of seasoned real estate professionals and thoughtful, caring consultants ensure the highest standards of service with a commitment to excellence.
The services are designed to increase productivity by allowing employees to focus on the job ahead not the disruption of the transfer. Each incoming transferee is assigned a professional relocation consultant who will provide a comprehensive relocation packet and extensive pre-arrival counseling. When appropriate, the relocation consultant will match the transferee with one or more Realtors® who have a track record of excellence both in real estate practice and in meeting the needs of relocating executives.
Departure transferees are also assigned a relocation consultant who will refer them to a Realtor® selected for their home marketing expertise. In each case, the consultant will continue as a single point of contact throughout the entire relocation process, checking on progress and addressing any concerns of the transferee or the corporate client.

The Associate will begin with a written comparative market analysis to determine the current market value, suggest a marketing plan, assist in evaluating offers, and see the transaction through to closing.
For homebuyers, the Consultant will take the time to educate employees on the home purchasing process in today's market. The Consultant will recommend an experienced, professional Sales Associate in the new location to guide employees from the initial evaluation all the way through finding a home, negotiating a contract and closing on a new home.
